Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status with plan to obtain
  • Eligible for, or currently holding, state licensure
  • School-based experience and familiarity with IEPs preferred
  • Proficiency with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
  • Experience in teletherapy and healthcare settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language needs in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication and swallowing disorders
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to foster improvement in language, speech, and cognitive communication skills
  • Regularly track and document student progress, revising plans as needed to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals for holistic support and coordinated care
