Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in school environments
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills tailored to pediatric populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services using evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings to support student success and compliance with education regulations
- Provide parent and teacher training to support communication development beyond therapy sessions
