A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in a dynamic school setting in Palmdale, CA. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) preferred
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in school environments
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills tailored to pediatric populations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services using evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings to support student success and compliance with education regulations
  • Provide parent and teacher training to support communication development beyond therapy sessions
