Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
- Previous experience in a school setting and with a high school student caseload strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to high school students in accordance with IEPs.
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.
- Educate and provide resources to families and teachers on effective communication strategies.
