Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Palmdale, CA

We're seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a range of full-time and part-time placements across elementary and high school settings, serving both public and private school caseloads for the 2026/2027 school year.

You’ll have a chance to work with PreK, elementary, and high school students, including both mild/moderate and extensive needs populations, in diverse environments such as on-site schools and home hospital programs. Roles are available at several local schools, with options for full-time or part-time schedules. Support for new clinicians completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) may be available, pending supervision arrangements.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California CTC (Clear or Preliminary) credential required
• ASHA CCC preferred; will consider CFY applicants as supervision is being evaluated
• Experience with school-based SLP, particularly PreK, elementary, and/or high school populations
• Background with mild/moderate to extensive needs caseloads or willingness to grow those skills
• Ability to manage multiple school sites, including possible home hospital assignments
• NPS/Private school caseload experience is a plus
• SLPA supervision is not part of this role

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services both on-site and remotely as assigned
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families supporting students’ IEP goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with district and state regulations
• Possibly travel between designated sites
