Embark on a rewarding school-based opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students across multiple campuses near Palmetto, FL. This full-time contract role spans the 2026-2027 academic year, serving a diverse caseload with students in grades 4-7 as well as elementary levels, depending on direct-hire assignments. You’ll play an integral role in helping children find their voices and succeed both academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida SLP License (will consider Clinical Fellows)
  • Ability to provide on-site services at assigned school campuses
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to building positive relationships with students of varying abilities and backgrounds

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students with varying communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support student success in the classroom
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide guidance and resources to families and caregivers
