This opportunity offers full-time hours, serving a diverse caseload across two school sites with potential for additional assignments. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida SLP license required; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is advantageous, but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to on-site presence; teletherapy is not available for this position
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and document progress for students
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote successful outcomes
- Manage required records, reporting, and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
