Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Florida SLP license required; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is advantageous, but not required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to on-site presence; teletherapy is not available for this position

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and document progress for students
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote successful outcomes
  • Manage required records, reporting, and compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Support a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
