Skilled Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for full-time positions serving Buffalo Creek Middle School and Prine Elementary, both recognized for their collaborative environments and dedicated staff.

These roles span the academic year, offering meaningful interactions with a diverse student population. Buffalo Creek Middle School, under vibrant new leadership, serves students in low cognitive and behavioral support units, with approximately 50 students receiving direct therapy and 10 additional students on a consultative basis. Prine Elementary welcomes you to a cohesive therapy team, including a highly experienced SLP and a talented SLPA. Caseloads consist of various Pre-K classes (intensive, integrated, ASD, and ESE) alongside low cognitive classrooms, with a collective starting caseload of around 95 students.

Key Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Florida SLP License
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Proficiency in serving students with diverse needs, including cognitive and behavioral supports
• Commitment to on-site service—remote options are not available in this setting
• Collaborative spirit and adaptability in multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy
• Develop and implement tailored IEP goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with special education, classroom teachers, and therapy staff
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultative guidance for students as needed
