What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels with diverse needs

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and targeted interventions
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain detailed, accurate student records and documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with faculty and families, and support ongoing progress monitoring
  • Provide guidance and training to school staff as needed to ensure continuity of care
