What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but all experienced SLPs are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week
- Adaptability to work efficiently across multiple sites
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members to support student success
- Maintain documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
- Offer guidance and resources to help student achievements inside and outside the classroom
