Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CA state-required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working within school environments is highly valued
• Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering evidence-based therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in group and individual settings
• Complete evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress
• Develop, implement, and update IEP goals in close partnership with interdisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support carry-over of skills into the classroom and home
• Maintain detailed records, documentation, and compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
