Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or in process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school setting (elementary and/or preschool preferred)
- Solid understanding of child speech and language development
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a speech-language pathologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy in small groups and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation compliant with regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering input and expertise
This position is on-site only, ensuring you build real relationships with your students and the school community. New SLP graduates (CFYs) are welcomed and will receive support as they begin their career journey.
