School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Palo Alto, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or in process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting (elementary and/or preschool preferred)
• Solid understanding of child speech and language development
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a speech-language pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy in small groups and one-on-one settings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation compliant with regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering input and expertise

This position is on-site only, ensuring you build real relationships with your students and the school community. New SLP graduates (CFYs) are welcomed and will receive support as they begin their career journey.
