Preferred Background and Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CF) status welcomed.
• School-based SLP experience and familiarity with early intervention or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Ability to work exclusively onsite—teletherapy is not available for this assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to preschool and elementary-aged students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor student progress, adjust intervention strategies, and maintain precise documentation.
• Offer consultation and training to staff and parents regarding communication supports.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and contribute to a positive school culture.
