Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to develop individualized education and therapy plans
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service delivery, as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedicated, compassionate, and professional approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, addressing a wide range of communication disorders
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and determine appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with school and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s progress and inclusion in the classroom
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on language and communication needs
• Monitor student progress, adjust therapies as needed, and prepare progress reports
