Key qualifications and experience we’re seeking:
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Recent experience working with school-aged children
• Proficient in administering and interpreting speech/language assessments
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations as required
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on speech and language goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to create supportive learning environments
• Engage in professional development to maintain current best practices
