Embrace an impactful opportunity as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist where your expertise will directly support students’ growth and communication skills near beautiful Panama City Beach, FL. These contract-based roles offer unique flexibility, with positions available supporting compensatory services across multiple school locations, as well as elementary and middle school caseloads at single sites.

Open Positions:

  • Provide compensatory SLP services across multiple campuses, traveling between sites to deliver targeted support to students Pre K through 12. Summer services are included from June 1 through June 30, focusing on manageable caseloads and working through compensatory needs until completion.
  • Join a dedicated team at one elementary or middle school, directly servicing students from Pre K to 8th grade (caseloads of approximately 45-55), maintaining strong connections with families and staff, and managing documentation and schedules.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience across the full spectrum of grade levels, from Pre K to 12th grade.
  • Familiarity with Paddynet (preferred for school-based roles) for consistent documentation of all services and reviews.
  • Proficient communication using email, phone, and school messaging systems for collaboration and parent engagement.
  • Comfortable with scheduling responsibilities through Google Calendar, including coordination of IEP meetings and parent conferences.
  • Skill in completing and maintaining documentation for evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEPs, and data reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech and language services to assigned caseloads, either at one location or multiple schools, depending on the position.
  • Work alongside parents, teachers, administrators, and colleagues with a student-centered approach.
  • Accurately document all service interactions and progress notes.
  • Engage in ongoing evaluation, assessment, and planning for individualized student needs.
