Multiple contract positions are available to match your interests—from traveling between school sites providing essential compensatory services, to focusing on a single elementary or middle school campus with a manageable caseload. You’ll play a key role helping students grow their communication skills and succeed academically.
What you’ll bring:
- An active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Experience supporting students in school settings across elementary and/or middle school grades
- Familiarity with documenting services in platforms such as Paddynet
- Excellent written and verbal communication—keeping parents, teachers, administration, and staff informed across multiple channels (email, phone, progress reports, school systems)
- Confidence in scheduling, organizing, and participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences, ideally using Google Calendar
- Commitment to accurate, timely documentation for evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEPs, and data reviews
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services to students on-site, with elementary or middle school assignments
- For compensatory service roles, traveling between school locations and managing caseloads until service needs are met (June 1–June 30 for summer services)
- Developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with families and educational teams
- Supporting students throughout the academic year and potentially continuing into the next school year, as ongoing renewal is highly valued
