Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certification or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcome
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience working with children or in a school environment preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, therapy planning, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Create activities and interventions that address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the team’s decision-making process
