School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Papillion, Nebraska

Make a meaningful impact as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a supportive educational setting. This contract opportunity runs from August 20, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with multiple openings available. Enjoy a full-time schedule of 37.5 to 40 hours per week and the chance to work with a diverse student population—caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your preferences and strengths, with approximately 50 students per SLP.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current and valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain before the start date
• Experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with conducting evaluations, providing direct therapy, and maintaining accurate records
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document services and track progress in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support planning
