Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Nebraska
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is valued
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Conduct screenings and participate in eligibility determinations
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other staff to optimize student outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions
• Engage in professional development as required by the district
