Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for Nebraska or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Commitment to support and advocate for students’ speech and language needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct and indirect therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement and adjust therapy plans
• Manage and document student progress, keeping accurate and timely records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights toward student growth
• Adapt therapy activities to meet the diverse needs and preferences of your assigned caseload
