Make a difference in the lives of students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year in a supportive school setting near Paramount, CA. This onsite, contract opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise and passion to help children achieve their communication goals while being part of a collaborative educational environment.

What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress/completed
  • Strong skills in conducting speech/language assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEPs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings by offering insights on communication needs and progress
  • Support a positive and inclusive educational environment that fosters student growth
