A Speech Language Pathologist is needed to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in Park Ridge, IL, for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers 15-20 hours per week, focusing on delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports compliant with school policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC).
  • Experience working in school settings (SLP - School).
  • Familiarity with pediatric speech and language disorders (SLP - Pediatrics).
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) candidates with relevant experiences are encouraged.
  • Background in healthcare-related speech-language services (SLP - Healthcare) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational system.
