Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Parkville, MD

Key Qualifications:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least one year
• Active professional SLP license
• Minimum of one year of IEP experience
• At least 10 hours of weekly availability
• Strong self-motivation and a genuine desire to make a positive difference for students
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to interdisciplinary teamwork
• Well-developed organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Adept with technology, including learning new software, digital paperwork, professional email communication, and basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities in This Role:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to students on your caseload in a public school environment
• Conduct speech and language assessments, develop and monitor IEPs, and document services as required
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social-emotional success
• Maintain clear, organized digital records and meet compliance deadlines
