Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Parkville, MD

In this contract position, you'll work onsite with a diverse range of students, providing direct therapeutic services and supporting their communication growth. Desired Qualifications:

• Active Professional SLP License
• ASHA CCC held for at least one year (SLP-CFYs with strong experience also considered)
• Minimum of one year of experience with IEPs in a school setting
• At least 10 hours of weekly availability
• Experience and passion for working with pediatric populations
• Self-motivated with a passion for positive change in students’ lives
• Exceptional communication and ability to foster teamwork with other educators and support staff
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Technologically adept and comfortable learning new software, managing digital records, and conducting remote communications as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality speech-language therapy services onsite in a public school
• Evaluate student needs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Adhere to required documentation and digital recordkeeping protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
