Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Parma, MI

This full-time, onsite contract opportunity allows you to support PreK through 12th grade, with a particular focus on early childhood learners. As an integral member of the school team, you will empower students to reach their full communication potential while collaborating closely with educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Michigan SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP required)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, especially early childhood
• Willingness to work onsite (position not open to remote or virtual therapy)
• Candidates presenting as CF must have a supervising SLP secured
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to a diverse caseload of students
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Collect and maintain documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to implement supportive strategies for students’ speech and language success
• Provide progress updates and recommendations, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
