Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
- Accepting candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year—CFYs welcome!
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Skilled in supporting a diverse caseload of students with varying communication needs
- Passion for fostering student success in both individual and group settings
- Commitment to remaining on site as required by the district
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned students in elementary and middle school settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans individualized to students’ needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking in accordance with school and state standards
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support students’ growth
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and share expertise with colleagues as needed
- Travel to and serve assigned campuses as determined by caseload
