We are seeking ten dedicated SLPs to serve in a full-time, contract capacity for the upcoming academic year. Assignments are distributed on a rolling basis, with caseload details such as age group and number of schools determined after direct-hire placements. With on-site work required, your collaboration and skill will directly impact students’ communication growth in a dynamic school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Florida SLP License required (Master’s degree preferred, but will consider candidates with a bachelor’s degree).
- CFY candidates welcome; unfortunately, SLPAs are not being considered at this time.
- Commitment to the full contract period from August 10, 2026, to May 27, 2027.
- Strong clinical, organization, and communication abilities to serve diverse student populations.
- Flexibility to work with varying caseloads and adapt to differing campus assignments as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, individual and group therapy, and participation in IEP meetings.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans targeting students’ unique needs.
- Maintain thorough student records aligned with district policies and state guidelines.
- Foster supportive relationships with staff, students, and families to advance communication outcomes.
- Serve as an advocate for students’ speech and language development within the school setting.
