Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
• Accepting candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year—CFYs welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled in supporting a diverse caseload of students with varying communication needs
• Passion for fostering student success in both individual and group settings
• Commitment to remaining on site as required by the district

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned students in elementary and middle school settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans individualized to students’ needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking in accordance with school and state standards
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support students’ growth
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and share expertise with colleagues as needed
• Travel to and serve assigned campuses as determined by caseload
