Apply NowStep into an engaging role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing services during a maternity leave coverage from September 22, 2026, through January 27, 2027. This full-time assignment offers the chance to work Monday through Friday, from 8:40 a.m. to 3:40 p.m., helping approximately 30 students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade reach their communication goals.

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology credentials (CCC or CFY welcomed).
- Experience with school-aged pediatric populations.
- Background providing SLP services in educational or healthcare environments.
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent rapport-building and communication skills with students, colleagues, and families.
- Capable of managing and planning therapy for a diverse caseload, adapting strategies as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to Kindergarten–5th Grade students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
