School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Pasadena, California

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active CTC credential required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome (CF supervision to be determined).
• Experience with school-based caseloads, including PreK, elementary, and high school populations.
• Skilled in creating IEP goals and delivering both pull-out and push-in services.
• Able to adapt to diverse environments, including school campuses and home/hospital instruction.
• Team-player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for supporting students with mild/moderate to extensive communication needs.
• Please note: No SLPA support for these roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessment, intervention, and support for a varied student population.
• Manage and prioritize caseloads at elementary (multiple sites), high school, and Non-Public/Private schools as assigned.
• Part-time PreK position includes a combination of school and home/hospital visits.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster academic and personal growth in students.
• Ensure all services meet regulatory and ethical standards.
