Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate records and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech or language concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small groups
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to collaborative teams
  • Document progress and provide timely updates for families and staff
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
