Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFs are welcome)
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Knowledge of IEP process, progress monitoring, and best practices for students with speech and language needs
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessment and evaluation of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEPs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to optimize student progress
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as required
• Deliver engaging interventions that foster growth and confidence in every learner
