Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational standards
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
  • Provide consultative support and training to teachers and parents
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for student progress and compliance
  • Educate and empower students as they work toward their goals
