Make a real difference as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students near Patagonia, AZ. As a valued SLP, you’ll use your expertise to serve a caseload of approximately 60 students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs across elementary grade levels. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure and ASHA certification (SLP-CCC or eligible Clinical Fellow)
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs
  • Provide both direct and consultative services, working with teachers and families
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Encourage a positive, supportive atmosphere for student development
