Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid SLP license for the state of Ohio is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Share expertise and provide guidance on classroom strategies and modifications as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning
