The assignment starts as soon as possible and extends through June 19th, offering full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, all at a single campus for a focused and consistent experience.
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered.
- Experience working with pediatric, preschool, and/or early childhood populations.
- Proficiency or interest in teletherapy along with in-person service delivery.
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEP processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool-aged children.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, targeting communication, articulation, language, and social skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related services providers to support student success.
- Complete necessary documentation, progress reports, and contribute to the IEP process.
- Offer direct and consultative services, both in person and via teletherapy as needed.
