Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist covering a maternity leave for the 2026-2027 school year. Embrace the chance to collaborate with a dynamic special education team, serving a diverse caseload of approximately 30 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. This full-time role spans Monday through Friday, 8:40 am to 3:40 pm, providing valuable consistency for the school community and hands-on experience with a broad range of pediatric speech and language needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience highly desired
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Passion for working with elementary-aged students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy services and interventions to support student speech and language goals
  • Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes per school and professional standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Participate in team meetings, annual reviews, and parent conferences as needed
  • Utilize in-person and remote tools to maximize student engagement and success
