Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist within a welcoming school setting. Position Details:
- Full-time schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:15AM–3:15PM
- School year contract: September 4th to June 25th
- Elementary caseload at a single, well-resourced site
Key Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey SLP licensure required (CCC certification necessary)
- Proven experience providing SLP services in a school setting
- Ability to independently manage a student caseload with communication needs
- Skilled in conducting testing, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments
- Comfortable adapting to district procedures and protocols
- Reliable transportation and reasonable commute to site essential
- Able to complete onboarding requirements: TB test, physical, and fingerprints for both agency and district
- Not accepting CF or SLPA candidates due to supervision limitations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy aligned with student IEPs
- Complete timely testing, evaluations, and documentation in compliance with district requirements
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with teachers, families, and support staff
- Support the communication success and growth of elementary learners throughout the academic year
