Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist within a welcoming school setting. This contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated professional who is experienced in school-based speech services and ready to work collaboratively within a diverse educational community.

Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday
  • Hours: 8:15AM–3:15PM
  • School year contract: September 4th to June 25th
  • Elementary caseload at a single, well-resourced site

Key Qualifications:

  • Active New Jersey SLP licensure required (CCC certification necessary)
  • Proven experience providing SLP services in a school setting
  • Ability to independently manage a student caseload with communication needs
  • Skilled in conducting testing, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments
  • Comfortable adapting to district procedures and protocols
  • Reliable transportation and reasonable commute to site essential
  • Able to complete onboarding requirements: TB test, physical, and fingerprints for both agency and district
  • Not accepting CF or SLPA candidates due to supervision limitations

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging speech-language therapy aligned with student IEPs
  • Complete timely testing, evaluations, and documentation in compliance with district requirements
  • Foster positive, collaborative relationships with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Support the communication success and growth of elementary learners throughout the academic year
