This is a part-time position (three days per week) beginning as soon as possible through November 20th. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Holds current Speech-Language Pathology certification (CCC required)
- Experience working with pediatric or early-elementary populations, preferably in an educational setting
- Proven skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions for a range of speech and language needs
- Strong communication abilities with students, staff, and families
- Capacity to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Flexibility and adaptability for a fast-paced school schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students in individual and small group settings
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document student progress
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Communicate regularly with educators and family members to support student goals
- Maintain thorough and compliant records in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Engage students through creative, motivating, and relevant therapeutic activities
