School Speech Language Pathologist - Paterson, New Jersey

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid SLP licensure in New Jersey (CCC required)
• Proven experience in school-based speech-language pathology
• Comfort navigating diverse school environments and servicing varied caseloads
• Ability to independently conduct comprehensive testing, evaluations, and assessments
• Access to personal testing materials for student evaluations
• Reliability and proximity for consistent, district-wide travel
• Completion of onboarding requirements, including TB test, physical exam, and fingerprinting (agency and district)
• Willingness to participate in a brief 15-minute interview
• Reliable transportation for various school sites

Your Role Includes:

• Providing skilled speech-language pathology services to meet student needs across a variety of schools
• Assessing, planning, and delivering interventions for students with speech and language disorders
• Completing individual student evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Keeping detailed, accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
