Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong CFs considered
- Previous experience in school settings beneficial, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support students’ needs
- Maintain accurate records and support the development of IEP goals
