Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting with K-12 populations is highly desirable
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions across K-12 grade levels
  • Develop, monitor, and update IEP goals in alignment with educational standards and student needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Document and report student progress; maintain accurate records as required by state and district guidelines
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to address speech, language, fluency, and articulation challenges
  • Provide resources and consultation to teachers and parents for classroom integration of language strategies
