Make a difference in students’ lives by working as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, contract opportunity will allow you to use your expertise to support children’s communication needs, fostering meaningful progress and building valuable skills throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential required
  • Current state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish rapport with students, families, and educators

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and school teams
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support personnel to deliver integrated therapy services
  • Support students in achieving their communication goals to promote educational success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language issues
