• 40 hours per week with a manageable caseload of approximately 60-70 students (K-12)

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Mississippi
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with K-12 populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student eligibility and needs
• Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with educators and families
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy and track student progress
• Provide consultative support to teachers and parents to foster student success
