Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and ability to meet all regulatory requirements
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY applicants will also be considered
  • Prior experience or interest in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy work
  • Comfort working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication delays
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
  • Deliver therapy sessions in both in-person and teletherapy formats as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for compliance and student support
  • Provide resources and recommendations to teachers and families
