Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC required)
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on individual educational needs
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students per Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Complete thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students’ therapy needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to support each student’s progress
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, helping to set realistic, measurable goals
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
