Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license with CCC or eligibility to complete CFY
  • Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
  • Ability to confidently manage a caseload of students with severe and behavioral needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning climate

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students across K-8 grades
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals in collaboration with educational teams
  • Provide supportive strategies for teachers and families to address behavioral and communication challenges
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for student needs
