Requirements for this role include:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered for the right fit
- Bilingual proficiency is essential—candidates must be fluent in a second language to support a diverse student population
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings, with a passion for fostering communication skills in children
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- SLPAs are not eligible for this position
In this important role, you will:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with school guidelines
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to best serve children in both in-person and virtual settings
