Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal planning
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs to identify areas of support
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions—both individual and group
- Monitor and document student progress toward measurable goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult regularly with teachers, parents, and administration
- Provide guidance and resources for student success in the classroom
