School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Pawtucket, Rhode Island

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal planning
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs to identify areas of support
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions—both individual and group
• Monitor and document student progress toward measurable goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult regularly with teachers, parents, and administration
• Provide guidance and resources for student success in the classroom
