Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience in school settings, especially with behavioral or high-needs populations.
• Comfort and willingness to participate in safety care training.
• Flexibility, compassion, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and inter-disciplinary team members.
• Document progress, attend meetings, and contribute to IEP development.
• Support students’ communication needs across varied developmental and functional levels.
