Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for students
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and goals
  • Work closely with educators and other professionals to support classroom integration and student success
  • Provide consultation and training for teachers and families as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
