Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, active Massachusetts SLP license
  • Valid MA Department of Education (DOE) educator certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Passion for fostering student development and engagement

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with varied communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support programming and professional development as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and comply with all state and school district regulations
