Qualifications & Skills:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in New Mexico (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and manage responsibilities independently
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a passion for student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
• Deliver direct therapy individually or in groups, tailored to student needs
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult on effective classroom strategies
