Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for practicing in educational settings
  • Previous experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • A passion for empowering students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Your Key Contributions Will Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for services
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Providing direct therapy to students with communication disorders, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student development and academic goals
  • Maintaining accurate and timely progress notes, reporting, and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participating in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and staff professional development as needed
