Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pender, NE

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based experience highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and integrate into a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student progress
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to support student success
