School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Pendleton, Indiana

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Indiana
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a K-12 setting
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and encourage students of diverse backgrounds
• Clinical fellowship graduates and experienced SLPs are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language screenings and assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding strategies and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
