Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Indiana
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a K-12 setting
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage students of diverse backgrounds
- Clinical fellowship graduates and experienced SLPs are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language screenings and assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding strategies and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
