Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP licensure (CCC or CFY considered)
  • Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations, particularly at the elementary level

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in person and/or through teletherapy
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports compliant with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
